For laying down adhesive to bond two surfaces together, ROTHTEC® manufactures laminating screens. For applying a coating to woven, knitted or nonwoven substrates, ROTHTEC® manufactures coating screens.
Laminating and Coating Screen Specifications
Like ROTHTEC®’s other electroformed products, our seamless laminating screens and coating screens are available in:
- Lengths of: 153 mm to 3500 mm
- Diameters of: 438 mm to 1436 mm, and soon to be 2075 mm
- Thicknesses of: 76 microns to 558 microns, soon to be 660 microns
Open areas are variable from 7% – 40% or to customer specification.
After engraving, laminating screens can be supplied either with or without endrings (any type Stork, Zimmer, Buser, Reggiani etc) in tubes.
Export orders are boxed for safe transportation.
